When revealing Starmind as an HR transformation 2020 winner, ZP highlighted that Starmind’s solution allows organizations to create “a unique intelligence network that increases the productivity of employees and the entire company”.

Christiane Nägler Group, Director Zukunft Personal, also shared his thoughts on the significance of Starmind winning this award: "The HR Innovation Award stands for innovative strength and future orientation in HR. We are very pleased to recognize and honor the outstanding achievements of innovators in the industry for the fifth time in this special year”.

Starmind AG provides a unique intelligence network that increases the productivity of employees and the entire company

Starmind creates competence, skills and expert profiles of employees. Artificial intelligence automates this process in real time and in compliance with data protection guidelines. Starmind thereby finds many different fields of application. For example, the product helps to identify experts to solve business problems or to form agile project teams.

Jury Chairman, Professor Dr. Stefan Fischer also highlighted how “innovative projects such as Starmind’s solution show that exploration is important even in a pandemic year and remains a focus of attention. We as the jury are very pleased about the variety of innovation, because it also shows that HR can do both: making the best possible use of existing resources and developing new resources”.

What is a corporate wiki?

A corporate wiki, also known as an enterprise wiki, is a knowledge management system that provides a central location where your company can collect, capture, and update organizational knowledge.

As an internet user, the chances are high that you’ve used Wikipedia to find and acquire information and knowledge. Corporate wikis are comparable because they use similar technology and processes for people to collaborate and share their knowledge. The main difference is that corporate wikis are confined to the people within your organization.

Wikis have been a favored solution for knowledge management because every employee has the ability to read, edit, and contribute new content and knowledge. Plus, they're relatively easy to use. If employees can create a word doc, they’ll have no issue contributing to a wiki. But, if you’ve already used a corporate wiki before, you’re probably familiar with the challenges they can bring and are ready for a more effective way to manage knowledge.
